Shall the measure repealing the existing ban on cannabis sales in the City of Sausalito, establishing an application process for retail cannabis businesses; giving preference to local applicants that expressed interest in operating a cannabis business before April 1, 2021; authorizing one storefront and one delivery-only cannabis business; regulating the operations and location of cannabis businesses; and requiring payment to the City of the greater of 7.5% net profits or $50,000 per year, be adopted?

To maintain the City’s long-term financial viability and improve local quality of life and essential services including storm drain repairs to protect the Bay, street/sidewalk maintenance, pothole repair, parks maintenance, youth/senior programs, disabled access, public safety, and other general services, shall the City of Sausalito extend and raise the sales tax rate to 1% starting April 1, 2023 for ten years, providing $2.8 million annually, requiring independent financial audits?

To address the effects of tourism by improving traffic enforcement for pedestrian, cyclist and driver safety; managing the number of bikes, buses, taxis; reinvesting in local businesses; and other essential city services, shall an ordinance raising the transient occupancy tax rate charged to hotel guests by 2% be adopted until ended by voters, providing additional $300,000 annually, with independent audits, all funds used locally in Sausalito?

To maintain city services, including police protection; fixing streets, sidewalks, and storm drains; supporting local businesses; and other general services, shall an ordinance simplifying Sausalito’s business license ordinance for fairness to businesses of all sizes, be adopted until ended by voters, updating business license rates to $125 per business and between $1-$3 per $1,000 of gross receipts, generating approximately $896,750 annually, requiring audits and all funds used locally?

To bring Robin Sweeny Park, Southview Park, Dunphy Park and the MLK site to current health/safety standards; repair unsafe children’s playground equipment, upgrade safety lighting, pathways and play courts; add needed restrooms; restore wetlands/natural areas, shall the City of Sausalito enter into an agreement with the Sausalito Financing Authority and permit revenue from the MLK site to be used as revenue financing, with no increase in taxes?

To maintain the City’s long-term financial viability and improve local quality of life and essential services including storm drain repairs to protect the Bay, street/sidewalk maintenance, pothole repair, parks, landscape maintenance, youth/senior programs, library hours/services, disabled access, public safety, and other general services shall the City of Sausalito enact a half cent sales tax for 10 years, requiring independent financial audits/public review, with all funds remaining in Sausalito?

Shall the order adopted on November 10, 2011 and reaffirmed on February 8, 2012 by the Marin Local Agency Formation Commission, ordering the annexation of the territory of the City of Sausalito to the Southern Marin Fire Protection District, be confirmed subject to the terms and conditions specified in the order?
