To protect South Pasadena's single-family neighborhoods' residential character; maintain local control over local land use; improve affordable housing opportunities for middle/working-class families/individuals/ seniors; retain/attract local businesses; shall an ordinance be adopted retaining existing height limits in single-family residential neighborhoods; restricting multi-unit housing in commercial/mixed-use corridors/neighborhoods including Downtown, Huntington Drive, Ostrich Farm with publicly-reviewed height limits necessary to implement South Pasadena's Housing Element?

To maintain funding for the operation and maintenance of the South Pasadena Public Library, including technology upgrades, resources for students, and programs such as family story time and summer reading, shall an ordinance be adopted extending South Pasadena’s Library Special Tax, which is due to expire on June 30, 2024, to remain in effect until otherwise terminated by a majority vote of the South Pasadena electorate?

To maintain City services, such as Public Safety, Paramedic and Library services, shall an Ordinance be adopted to: Extend the City's Utility User Tax at its current rate of 7.5% for all utilities, to be effective on January 1, 2021 and remain in effect until otherwise terminated by majority vote of the electorate in South Pasadena?

To maintain 9-1-1 emergency response times, including to home break-ins and thefts; neighborhood, school and park police patrols, fire/paramedic services, fire station operations, emergency preparedness; retain/attract local businesses; maintain streets/infrastructure; provide other general services and maintain City finances, shall the City of South Pasadena establish a 3/4¢ sales tax providing approximately $1,500,000 annually until ended by voters, all funds remaining in South Pasadena?

Shall the office of city clerk be appointive?

Shall an Ordinance be adopted repealing the City of South Pasadena’s Utility Users Tax in its entirety, thereby eliminating $3.4 million of locally controlled revenue from the City’s general fund budget which is used to fund police and fire services, street improvement and maintenance programs, library services and park and recreation programs for youth and seniors?

To keep the South Pasadena Public Library open every day and to help update its technology, shall an ordinance be adopted extending the Library Special Tax for 8 years; setting the rate for homeowners at $32-$64/year depending on residential square footage; for non-residential property owners at $32-$128/year based on lot size and for multi-family property owners at $16/unit; and adding an annual Los Angeles Consumer Price Index adjustment?
