Shall City of Torrance's Charter (established in 1947) be amended/modernized, compliant with State law, including: Requiring disclosure of all campaign donations to City candidates. Requiring lobbyists to register with the City. Requiring ethics training for all elected officials. Establishing stricter conflict of interest rules on elected officials/City staff. Restricting Mayor/Council members compensation to State of California Minimum Wage rate without raising taxes. Requiring public disclosure, independent audits of all City spending?

To maintain city services such as fire/ paramedic/ public safety/ 9-1-1 response, safe schools; protect local drinking water sources/ coastal waters from pollution; keep parks/ public areas safe/ clean; repair streets/ potholes; prevent thefts/ property crime; maintain senior services; and address homelessness, shall the City of Torrance ordinance be adopted establishing a ½¢ sales tax for general government use, generating approximately $18,000,000 annually until ended by voters, requiring public spending disclosure, independent audits, all funds locally controlled?

Shall the City Charter be amended to make the office of City Treasurer appointive?

Shall the City Charter be amended to make the office of City Clerk appointive?

Shall the City Charter be amended to allow the City Council 60 days to fill a vacancy in an elective office?

Shall the measure authorizing a local, City of Torrance 3/4¢ sales tax (to be levied only if a district sales tax measure has qualified for a ballot and may continue to be imposed only if that district measure receives voter approval), to fund municipal services, such as maintaining fire, paramedic, police services; repairing streets; addressing homelessness be adopted, generating approximately $30,000,000 annually until ended by Torrance voters, requiring independent audits?
