Shall the measure establishing a one-percent retail transactions and use (sales) tax, generating approximately $20,000,000 annually, until ended by voters, for general city services, such as the improvement and maintenance of infrastructure and provision of public safety services, be adopted?

To maintain and prevent cuts to City of Upland services, such as 9-1-1 emergency response, police staff, patrols and public safety, gang and crime prevention programs, addressing homelessness, and maintenance of streets, sidewalks, parks and infrastructure, shall the measure establishing a 1¢ sales tax be adopted, providing approximately $16,000,000 annually for general city services until ended by voters, with citizen oversight, independent financial audits and disclosure, and money controlled locally?

In order to secure at least $4,300,000 for the City of Upland to use solely for public improvements to Memorial Park, which may include a new baseball field, additional public parking and other new public amenities, landscaping, structures, and walking trails, shall the City discontinue using approximately 4.63 acres of Memorial Park so it may be sold to San Antonio Regional Hospital to add new facilities and increase capacity for critically-needed medical services?

Shall the voters approve an ordinance to allow operation of three medical marijuana businesses in the City of Upland?
