To sustain Westminster’s long-term financial stability, restore/prevent future cuts to services including 911 emergency response, police, neighborhood patrols, drug/gang/domestic violence/human trafficking units, firefighters, paramedics;keep parks/public areas safe/clean; address homelessness; protect local drinking water supplies; retain local businesses,shall an ordinance establishing a ½¢ (½%) sales tax, until ended by voters, providing an estimated $8,000,000 annuallyfor general government use, requiring audits, spending disclosure, funds controlled locally, be adopted?

To protect Westminster’s local finances without increasing tax rates, prevent cuts to 911 emergency response, police, gang/drug prevention, firefighters, paramedics, emergency response equipment, disaster preparedness, addressing homelessness, protecting drinking water, maintaining local jobs, and for general government use, shall an ordinance continuing the existing voter-approved 1% sales tax, until March 31, 2043, providing estimated $16,800,000 annually, requiring audits, public spending disclosure, funds controlled locally, be adopted?

Shall an ordinance be adopted that eliminates the office of elective mayor and increases the number of councilmembers and districts from four to five?

Shall an ordinance be adopted that prospectively limits the number of terms a person may serve as Member of the City Council or Mayor, in any combination, to three four-year terms?

Shall Kimberly Ho be recalled (removed) from the office of City Council Member?

Shall an ordinance be adopted that changes the term of office for the mayor from a two-year term to a four-year term?

To address state takeaways of local funds, protect property values, drinking water supplies and prevent cuts to: 9- 1- 1 response times; police officers/firefighters/paramedics; drug/ gang prevention, domestic violence/ sex crimes/ human trafficking NO units; and other general city services, shall an ordinance establishing a 1% transactions and use (sales) tax, expiring December 31, 2022, providing estimated $ 13. 9 million annually, requiring audits, citizens' oversight, all funds remaining in Westminster, be adopted?
