To improve local schools with funds that cannot be taken by the State, shall South Bay Union School District’s measure to ensure disabled access; expand Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math classrooms; and upgrade emergency communications and security systems be adopted, authorizing $67 million of bonds with legal rates, estimated levies below $30 per $100,000 of assessed valuation while bonds are outstanding (raising $3.7 million annually), independent citizen oversight and full public disclosure of spending?

To repair local schools with funds that cannot be taken by the State and spent elsewhere, shall South Bay Union School District’s measure to replace leaky pipes and plumbing; repair classrooms; and upgrade aging electrical/ air-conditioning systems be adopted, authorizing $58 million of bonds with legal rates, estimated levies below $30 per $100,000 of assessed valuation while bonds are outstanding (raising $3.8 million annually), annual audits, independent citizen oversight and full public disclosure of spending?

Shall the Members of the South Bay Union School District Board of Trustees be limited to three (3) elected terms of office?

To improve access to preschool education by rebuilding and increasing capacity at VIP Village Preschool, including constructing new classrooms and school facilities, and renovating existing restrooms, shall South Bay Union School District issue $18 million in general obligation bond at legal rates, under a plan that will not increase exiting tax rates with an estimated levy of 2 cents per $100 of assessed valuation (averaging $1.5 million annually through 2042), independent taxpayer oversight and annual audits?

To continue elementary classroom/school renovations; safety improvements; computers/technology access; roof, plumbing, heating/air-conditioning repairs; and reduce overall borrowing costs, shall $26,000,000 of South Bay Union School District General Obligation Bonds, previously approved by voters in November 2008, be reauthorized through issuance of new bonds, with no increase in total authorized District debt, interest rates below legal limits, independent citizen oversight, no money for administrator salaries, and all funds spent locally and not take by the State?
