To improve the quality of educational facilities; repair or replace deteriorating roofs, plumbing and sewer systems; modernize, renovate and construct classrooms, restrooms and school facilities; make health and safety improvements; and provide systems addressing power outages; shall Kenwood School District’s measure to issue $17,000,000 in bonds at legal interest rates be adopted, raising approximately $995,000 annually while bonds are outstanding averaging 3¢ per $100 of assessed value, with oversight, annual audits and all funds improving local schools?

To support academic excellence for Kenwood students, maintain quality STEM, art and music programs, continue to integrate modern technology into classrooms, and attract and retain high quality teachers; shall Kenwood School District’s measure renewing the existing parcel tax for five years at the same rate of $52 per parcel annually, raising approximately $110,000 per year with certain exemptions including for seniors, be adopted?

To preserve quality education despite inadequate state funding and prevent further program cuts, shall the Kenwood School District renew – without increasing –the existing school parcel tax of $52.00 per year for a period of five years, beginning July 1, 2017, with certain specific exemptions as set forth in the Resolution and Order of Election? Funds to be used for maintaining and enhancing core programs and essential enrichment programs and continuing our commitment to small class sizes.
