Shall Natalie Rubalcava be recalled (removed) from the Office of Council Member for District 3 of the City of Anaheim?

Shall an ordinance be adopted to increase, within 10 days after voter approval is declared, the hourly minimum wage payable to hotel and event center workers to $25, and with a 3% minimum annual increase beginning in 2026, to afford temporary retention rights to such workers, and to require safety measures and workload restrictions for hotel workers?

Shall the City’s existing Transient Occupancy Tax, which is a tax on persons occupying hotel/motel rooms, be updated to require online and other travel companies to collect and remit taxes on the full rate charged to guests for accommodations, generating up to $3 million annually to be used for general City services, such as police, fire and emergency response, street maintenance, youth/senior services and parks, until ended by the voters?

Shall Anaheim City Council Ordinance No. 6376, which would approve a Development Agreement and provide a vested right to develop a Four Diamond 580-room, eight-story hotel on property located at 1700 S. Harbor Blvd. during the five-year term of that Development Agreement in accordance with governmental approvals and entitlements granted by the City, be adopted?

Shall Anaheim City Council Ordinance No. 6377, which would approve a Development Agreement and provide a vested right to develop a Four Diamond 634-room, eight-story hotel on property located at 1030 W. Katella Ave. during the five-year term of that Development Agreement in accordance with governmental approvals and entitlements granted by the City, be adopted?

(INITIATIVE) Shall the initiative ordinance to increase the minimum wage payable by hospitality industry employers located in the Anaheim or Disneyland Resort Specific Plan Zones that have tax rebate agreements with the City, and to require that service charges imposed by such employers be paid entirely to employees, be adopted?

Shall Section 1208.1 be added to the Anaheim City Charter to require at least a two-thirds vote of the total City Council membership in order to place City Council sponsored general or special tax proposals on a ballot for voter consideration?

Shall the proposed Charter Amendment be adopted to change the method of electing City Council members (except the Mayor) by amending the City Charter to require: (i) City Council member election from residency districts by voters of that district; (ii) the City Council to establish and periodically adjust district boundaries, and (iii) amendments to the Charter for City Council eligibility and filling vacancies? This Charter amendment measure does not give the Council the power to raise its compensation or that of city officials without voter approval.

Shall the City Charter be amended to increase the number of City Council members from four (plus the Mayor) to six (plus the Mayor); provide for election to fill newly created Council seats and thereafter stagger Council terms so that every two years, three of the Council members stand for election; and amend the City Charter to reflect the increase in Council membership in various provisions where there is a Council decision or action requiring a specified number of Council member votes? This amendment does not give the City Council power to raise its compensation or that of other City officials without voter approval.

Shall the City Charter be amended to: update language regarding financial reserves, reaffirm and authorize the transfer of money to the City's general fund to support general City services pursuant to Article XIII C, section 2, subdivision (b) of the California Constitution, remove unnecessary language that duplicates a requirement of the California Constitution, and authorize programs to assist non-residential and residential customers? This amendment does not give the City Council power to raise its compensation or that of other City officials without voter approval.

Shall the Charter be amended to: modernize and remove outdated language to reflect changes in the City and law; authorize financial documents' availability in electronic format; update matters regarding boards/commissions; allow setting City Manager compensation by agreement, resolution or ordinance; authorize methods for selling municipal property; permit City Council to delegate Treasurer's appointment/removal to City Manager; allow Treasurer and Finance Director to be the same person upon Council approval?

Shall Anaheim City Charter Sections 500 and 504 be amended to change the term of office of the Mayor from four years to two years, and to clarify how "eight years of service" is determined for the purpose of calculating term limits for someone serving as Mayor by also amending Section 503.5?

Shall Anaheim Municipal Code Section 6.40.030, which prohibits (bans) the retail sale, possession or use of safe and sane fireworks in the City of Anaheim except pursuant to a public display permit issued by the Fire Chief, be repealed and the City Council granted the authority to regulate safe and sane fireworks?
