Shall an Ordinance be adopted to extend the term of the City’s Urban Growth Boundary by 20 years and modify the City’s Urban Growth Boundary to include the western hillside adjacent to the City’s existing boundary to facilitate City, rather than the County, control over development in this area to further the City’s goal of preserving the hillside from significant new development?

To fund street and sidewalk repair and maintenance, improve public safety infrastructure, enhance park facilities and open spaces, make health, safety, and security improvements, and for general government use, shall an ordinance be adopted establishing a ¾¢ sales tax until ended by voters, providing approximately $1,600,000 annually in locally-controlled funding that cannot be taken by the state or county, with independent citizen oversight and required annual audits?

Shall an ordinance be adopted that prohibits the sale and use of all fireworks, including “safe and sane” fireworks, within the City, with an exception for permitted public fireworks displays?

To maintain important City services, including: repairing potholes/streets; installing City power backup systems for PG&E power shutdowns; preparing/responding to natural disasters/health emergencies; maintaining rapid 911 response; supporting youth/teen programs; and other City services; shall Cloverdale’s measure extending the existing voter-approved Utility Users Tax at the current 3%, without increasing the rate, until ended by voters, providing $445,000 annually, exempting low-income seniors, requiring citizen oversight, with no money for Sacramento, be adopted?

To fund essential City services such as police, streets, parks, libraries, senior and youth programs, shall an ordinance be adopted imposing a tax on all permitted cannabis businesses in Cloverdale, at a rate of up to 10% on gross receipts, to raise estimated revenues of $90,000 per business, with no sunset date, subject to audits, with funds staying in Cloverdale, allowing for the tax rate to vary by business activity type?

To create local funding for local needs; maintain Cloverdale's independent, local Police Department; prevent further cuts to police officers, 911 response, violent/property crimes investigation; maintain storm drains, pothole/street repair, local business support, and other City services; shall the City of Cloverdale establish a utility user tax at a 3% rate for eight years with low-income senior exemptions, citizens' oversight, annual independent audits and no money for Sacramento?
