To provide funding for essential services in Escondido, such as providing public safety; addressing homelessness; improving streets, sidewalks and infrastructure; increasing police, fire and paramedic services; reducing traffic congestion; and maintaining parks, trails and open space, shall the Escondido Community Investment Measure establishing a local one-cent sales tax providing approximately twenty-eight million dollars annually for twenty years be adopted, for general government use, with independent audits, citizen oversight, and all money staying in Escondido?

To provide funding for general services in the City of Escondido, such as police patrols, crime prevention, fire protection, paramedic, 911 emergency response; keeping streets, infrastructure, parks, and facilities safe, clean, and well maintained; reducing pension costs; addressing homelessness, traffic management, and other City services, shall an ordinance establishing a 3/4 cent sales tax be adopted, providing approximately $21,000,000 annually for City services for 15 years, with independent audits, citizen oversight, and all money locally controlled?

To establish term limits of two terms for persons serving as Mayor, three terms for persons serving as a City Councilmember, and three terms for persons serving as the City Treasurer, whether consecutive or not, shall Ordinance 2022-20 amending the Escondido Municipal Code be approved?

To reduce city treasurer compensation to the same level as a city councilmember and to standardize vacancy procedures for all City of Escondido elected officials, shall Ordinance 2022-19 amending the Escondido Municipal Code be approved?

Shall the City of Escondido be changed from a general law city to a charter city through the adoption of the charter proposed by Resolution 2014-70 of the Escondido City Council?

Shall the people of the City of Escondido approve the following: An initiative measure to adopt the Lakes Specific Plan?

Shall the changes to the City of Escondido's General Plan, approved by the City Council in resolution 2012-54(R), be adopted?

Shal the City of Escondido be changed from a general law city to a charter city through the adoption of the charter proposed by Resolution 2012-99(R) of the Escondido City Council?
