To provide funding for city services in Lemon Grove, such as keeping local streets, sidewalks, stormdrains, parks, community facilities safe, clean, and well-maintained; fixing potholes; providing fire protection, paramedic, police, and 911 emergency response; traffic management; addressing homelessness; and removing graffiti/trash; Shall City of Lemon Grove's ordinance establishing a one-cent sales tax be adopted, providing $5,957,000 annually for 10 years, with citizen oversight, independent audits, and all money locally controlled?

To fund general municipal expenses such as fire, safety, roads and recreation, shall the City repeal the current cannabis tax and modernize it with a new cannabis or hemp business tax at annual rates not to exceed 8% of gross receipts for retail cannabis businesses, and 4% for all other cannabis businesses; which is estimated to generate $560,000 to $1,120,000 annually and will be levied until repealed by the voters?

Shall the City of Lemon Grove Add a Three-Quarter (3/4) Cent Transactions and Use Tax (Sales Tax)?

Shall an Ordinance to Rescind the prohibition of Marijuana Dispensaries and Add the Medical Marijuana Regulatory Ordinance to the Lemon Grove Municipal Code be adopted?

Shall the Alternative Lemon Grove Medical Marijuana Regulatory Ordinance be Adopted?
